Good stay in a great area with friendly staff

Super friendly staff who all knew English if needed. Good air conditioning. Perfect location. Great price. Mirror had cool anti-fog thing.

Central location

Central location, with easy access to multiple restaurants and train lines. Heaps of shopping and fun things to do locally. Staff are excellent.

There are a few girl/guy bars around, but all in all, this didnt affect us.

Wonderful

Super friendly and helpful staff! We had shipped our luggage to the hotel and my suite case didn't arrive, so the staff made some calls to the transport company and managed to get my luggage delivered a couple of hours later the same day thank you so much for your help and effort.

Good clean hotel despite the potentially seedy location

Friendly and helpful staff who booked us a taxi to the airport in the middle of the night. Clean and reasonably sized room. comfy bed and pillows. Good bathroom

In the red light district but still felt very safe.

At the heart of kabuki-cho. walking distance from either shin-okubo or shinjuku station. Both are on green line (Yamanote). Heaps of konbini nearby, and various restaurant.

Good location with so many food options around, friendly staff, liked the black out curtains, appreciated they put an amenities table by the elevator on our floor.

Great location for shorter stay

Property was central to two train stations making it easy to travel around. Also close to Shinjuku central. The rooms were very clean and freshened up daily. Staff were always so lovely and easy to deal with.

The location was a bit rough. Lots of love hotels and some fighting in the street. Wouldn’t walk around by myself at night or early morning. The pillows were also very firm.

Great room in an accessible location.

Room was a good size, with a table and chairs. Bathroom was spacious with a separate toilet, shower and bath space. Decor was unique, with a neon light on the wall. Location was great, close to multiple train stations, convenience stores and even a don quiote. Korea Town is also nearby.

Local area can be rowdy in the evenings, lots of host clubs and love hotels, but expected for Kabukicho!

Great location! It’s located sort of on the edge of Kabukicho, which is the “red light” district, but it’s a pretty great area, always packed full of people! Because it’s on the edge, it’s a little quieter, which I would consider a benefit. Hotel is literally right across from a laundromat (40min and like 1000 yen for a wash and dry) and two convenience stores; you also have access to three good train stations, which makes transit even more straightforward. Staff is excellent and helped us with everything! Friendly and polite and speak great English. They’re responsive over email as well if you need to ask them for anything. They assisted us with our luggage transfer. Room felt a little bare bones at first, but I quickly became fond of it. Washroom and shower are fairly large, and we had enough room on the ground to lay out two suitcases and still had walking room. Air conditioning works well, there’s also an air purifier. Hotel provides things like shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hair dryer - you can also pick up other stuff like cotton swabs, instant coffee, green tea, sponges, razors, etc. easily at a little stall on the first floor.

Rooms look a little bit dated, and no washer and dryer on the property.

Excellent

The staff here are incredibly friendly and the hotel is great! As normal in Japan, our room was very small for two people, but the room quality and style was still excellent.

Room sizes are seriously small for multiple people but that's to be expected in Japan as it seems to be the norm.

Great location. Close to everything and most is walkable. There's a 7-11 nearby which is very convenient as well.

The rooms are super small. Our room was on the first floor, with blackout curtains and couldn't open any curtain to get light. Also since we were street level I often smelled smoke through our room. Again, rooms are super tiny with barely any room to walk or do much of anything. Bathroom was actually sizeable, very clean. Bed was comfortable as well. If you come here and stay on first floor, it's not the most comfortable stay

Friendly & helpful staff.

Staff are very friendly & helpful. Special thanks to Yuuki-san. He is so kind to print me a few bus service lines to Gotemba premium outlet as i thought only 1 bus company Odakyu has the service.

The bed is not very comfy. Location is a bit far from the main train or metro station. Quite difficult to find.

4.5 out of 5, by far a Hotel with the most bang for your buck!!

This hotel was an AMAZING deal. It was within a small walking distance of EVERYTHING Shinjuku to include Kabukicho. The staff was super friendly and spoke more than enough english to help me with anything and everything. Also, in the even that luggage transport is backed up, the hotel offers a baggage keeping service that is not advertised. On the day of your checkout, they will keep your luggage until you are ready to leave the area AS LONG AS you claim your luggage from them the same day!! This was a GREAT service.

Compared to some of the hotels my Friends booked the amenities were not spectacular. You get what you paid for does not do the deal that you get with this place justice, but for slightly more there were more amenities provided by hotels nearby.
